2027 STAFF VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

WE WANT YOU!! Would you like to offer your support of these terrific athletes during this iconic Florida race? Volunteer and you will be of real help to lots of amazing runners on race weekend.  Listed below are these important jobs. When you select yours and register, you choose your preferred position, location and time slot. All are first come, first served. "Greyed-out" positions have already been filled. Those requiring a password are reserved for sponsoring or technical groups.

ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE KEYS100® MUST BE REGISTERED--RUNNERS, CREW AND STAFF VOLUNTEERS. FOLLOWING IS THE SIMPLE PROCESS:

1. Click on the "Sign Up Here" button below.

2. Then, "Find Your Category"--like "Finish Line" or "Monitoring Locations"--and follow the prompts.

Friday, May 14:

Runner check-in at Key Largo Holiday Inn, under the tiki hut. 

Set-up tables and gear

Check-in runners using "RunSignup" app

Distribute runner packets, racing bibs, vehicle posters, etc.

Saturday, May 15:

Runner check-in in Marathon (50-mile) and Big Pine Key (50-kilometer)

Set up tables & gear for pick-up

Check-in runners using "RunSignup" app

Distribute race packets and bibs, vehicle posters, etc.

Along the route--timing station monitors. Monitor runner progress and assist at listed locations along the course

Finish line support—Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16

Greet arriving runners and teams

Present finisher medals and 100-mile individual buckles

Assist with food and drink distribution, cooking and prep.

Assist at the on-site awards presentation on Sunday

Medical:

Doctors, nurses, and/or medics stationed (and mobile) along the route

Finish line presence
