Photography & Media

Who This Is For

Individual runners and relay teams may have up to two (2) personal photographers or videographers.

These individuals are considered part of the support team and must follow all race rules and safety requirements.

Registration & Approval

• Must be approved by the Chief Race Marshal
• Approval deadline: at least 3 weeks prior to race day
• Must register under Runner or Team Photographer

Vehicle Rules

• Photographers must ride in the support vehicle
• They may not operate a separate vehicle
• Only one support vehicle per runner or team is allowed

Conduct & Responsibility

• Must not interfere with runners, crews, or race officials
• Must not impede traffic at any time
• Must follow all safety and course rules
• Must respect the privacy of participants and the public

Drone Use & Media Credentials

Drone use is subject to additional restrictions and requires proper licensing and approval.

Public media and press must request credentials in advance by contacting the Race Director.

Communications

Registered participants may be added to the race communication list for important updates and race-day information.
