TO ALL REGISTERED RUNNERS:
The video below is presented in lieu of live pre-race meetings.  (The 2025 version will be posted in the Spring.)  It introduces the most important reminders, information, and race-day running tips in under 17 minutes.  This truly is required "reading".  Contents are vital for the success of your race and for all of us to understand our responsibilities as guests in the Florida Keys and as competitors in the 17th edition of this iconic event.  If you are a team captain, be sure that your mates watch this, as well.  And, please urge your team drivers and individual support crews to invest the time to understand this information.

KEYS100® Pre-Race Orientation 

 THERE WILL BE NO AID STATIONS OR WATER/ICE LOCATIONS.  ALL RUNNERS AND TEAMS WILL BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.  INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN--OR SHARED--SUPPORT CREW.
