The "Race Guide" is a compilation of information already published in this website.  Included are "Runner Meet-Up Locations", "Rules & Standards", "Calendar", "Race Starts & Cut-Offs" and more.  The compiled "Race Guide" will be updated for 2026 in early May and will be printed and distributed to all runners and teams at runner check-in.  This schedule is to allow for any late changes due to road construction or other unforeseen circumstances, which are typically very few in number.  To prepare your race plan now, use the information available in these pages.  Be certain to view the "Orientation" video, too.
