Course Details & "Meet-Up Locations" for 2026

FOLLOWING IS THE LIST OF LOCATIONS WHERE TEAMS MAY EXCHANGE RUNNERS AND INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS MAY MEET THEIR CREWS. A SMALL NUMBER OF LOCATIONS ARE SPECIFIC TO TEAMS OR INDIVIDUALS ONLY, SO READ CAREFULLY! THIS LIST INCLUDES OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION; PLAN TO USE IT ACTIVELY DURING THE RACE AND TO PREPARE YOUR RACE PLAN IN ADVANCE.

The final "official" meet-up list for race-day use will be distributed at runner check-in as part of the printed "2026 Race Guide" and will also be posted here. Minimal changes are expected to this current list, but road construction and property development in the Keys are "moving targets" and are subject to change at any time. Still, we highly recommend that you use the current list below to develop your race-day strategy and become familiar with the course.

TEAMS: WHO RUNS WHICH "LEGS"? YOU DECIDE! The relay races: There are no pre-assigned "legs" at KEYS100®. Each team decides who runs when. Runners do not have to run the same number of segments or miles and don't have to stay in any particular order. Stronger teammates may run more legs or miles than weaker or newer runners. You can change your plan during the race as circumstances dictate. Tip: nearly all teams exchange runners at all or most allowable locations to keep each leg as short as possible. Even though each runner will run more segments that way (unlike other ultramarathon-distance relay races where everyone runs three legs only), recovery from shorter legs is much quicker, overall times are faster as a result and everyone stays engaged. It's your strategy; you decide how to schedule your mates on race day.

THERE WILL BE NO AID STATIONS OR WATER/ICE LOCATIONS, BUT TIMING STATIONS ONLY. ALL RUNNERS AND TEAMS WILL BE SELF-SUFFICIENT. INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN--OR SHARED--SUPPORT CREW.
